We understand that plans change any day and anytime due to various reasons and circumstances. We will always respect your decision to cancel your booking with KDM Travel Express. To cancel your booking and probably get some ‘ching ching’ back, lodge your cancellation or refund request and we’ll aim to get back to you within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
All cancellations & refund requests must be put in writing so please fill out the form below. The more information you can provide, the quicker and easier it will be for our support team to assist you further. Whilst we normally attempt to process cancellations & refunds swiftly, situations (such as natural disasters) may result in up to 90 days of processing time, due to high volume.
